က်င္ဆႏၵျပျခင္းအခမ္းအနားဖိတ္ႀကားျခင္း။

မၾကာမီ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္ေပၚထြန္းလာမည့

္ အစိုးရသစ္ႏွင့္ပါလီမန္သည္ ၂၀၀၈ ဖြဲ႔စည္းပံုအေျခခံဥပေဒ “က” ႀကိဳးအတိုင္း “က” ရမည့္ ပါလီမန္အေရၿခံဳစစ္အာဏာရွင္စနစ္ျဖစ္ျပီး ၄င္းအစိုးရသစ္ႏွင့္ပါလီမန္ ေပၚေပါက္လာရံုမွ်ျဖင့္ ျမန္မာႏိူင္ငံသားမ်ားဆံုးရွံုးေနသည့္ လြတ္လပ္မႈ ၊ ဒီမိုကေရစီႏွင့္ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရး ၊ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး ၊ အမ်ိဳးသားျပန္လည္သင့္ျမတ္ေရး ဆိုသည့္အရာမ်ားဆက္လက္ဆံုးရွံုးေနဦးမည္ျဖစ္ပါသျဖင့္ အဂၤလန္ႏိုင္ငံေရာက္ New Generation Students မ်ားမွဦးေဆာင္၍ အသစ္ေပၚထြန္းလာမည့္ အစိုးရသစ္ႏွင့္ပါလီမန္အားဆန္႔က်င္ဆႏၵျပပြဲတစ္ခုက်င္းပျပဳလုပ္မည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

ဆန္႔က်င္ဆႏၵျပပြဲကိုေအာက္ပါအစီအစဥ္အတုိင္း က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္မည္ျဖစ္ပါေသာေၾကာင့္ အဂၤလန္ႏိုင္ငံေရာက္ မ်ိဳးခ်စ္ျမန္မာေက်ာင္းသားလူငယ္ေမာင္မယ္မ်ား ႏွင့္ ျမန္မာ့ဒီမိုကေရစီအေရးလွဳပ္ရွားသူမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ တတပ္တအားပါဝင္တက္ေရာက္ၾကပါရန္ ေလးစားစြာျဖင့္ဖိတ္ၾကားအပ္ပါသည္။

(၁) ယေန႔ျဖစ္ေပၚေနေသာ လူမွဳ႕ေရးနိဳင္ငံေရအေျခအေနမ်ားအရ ျမန္မာနိဳင္ငံကိုခ်စ္ေသာ၊ ျမန္မာျပည္ လြတ္ေျမာက္ေရးကိုလိုလားေသာ ျမန္မာျပည္သားတိုင္းသည္ ျမန္မာျပည္ေျပာင္းလဲမွဳ ျဖစ္စဥ္အတြက္ တာဝန္ရွိသည္ႏွင့္အညီ၊ အမွန္တကယ္ တိုးတက္မွဳဆီသို႔ဦးတည္ေသာ အေကာင္အထည္ေဖၚလုပ္ ေဆာင္ရန္လိုအပ္ေနေပသည္။

(၂) ယေန႔ အဂ`ၤလန္ နိဳင္ငံသို႔ ေရာက္ရွိလာၾကေသာ ျမန္မာလူငယ္မ်ား၊ ျမန္မာလူမ်ိဳးမ်ားအေနႏွင့္ေတြ႕ၾကံဳေျဖရွင္းေနရေသာ မည္သည့္ ေနထိုင္ေရး၊ စားဝတ္ေနေရးအခက္အခဲကိုမဆို အေတြ႕အၾကံဳဖလွယ္ျခင္း၊ ကူညီေျဖရွင္းေရးဆိုင္ရာနည္းလမ္းမ်ား ရ႔ရွိရန္လိုအပ္ေနသည္။

ျမန္မာ့ျပည္သူလူထုႏွင့္နိဳင္ငံတကာမွေလးစားယံုၾကည္အားကိုးျခင္းခံရေသာေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္လြတ္ေျမာက္လာျပီးေနာက္ပိုင္း နိဳင္ငံေရးအေျခအေနမ်ားကိုျပန္သံုးသပ္ၾကည့္မည္ဆိုလွွ်င္ျမန္မာျပည္ဒီမိုကေရ

စီရရွိေရး အတြက္ ေအာက္ပါအခ်က္ (၂) ခ်က္ကို မျဖစ္မေန လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္ျဖစ္သည္ဟု သံုးသပ္ရရွိပါ

သည္။

(၁) မိမိတို႔ျဖစ္ေစခ်င္ေသာဒီမိုကေရစီနိဳင္ငံသစ္ဆီသို႔ေရာက္ရွိရန္အားလံုးကဝိုင္းဝန္းၾကိဳးပမ္းရန္လိုအပ္ေန

သည္။ (ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္)

(၂) တဦးျခင္းစီႏွင့္အဖဲြ႔အစည္းအမ်ားစု ပါဝင္ဆက္စပ္ေနသည္ဟုသတ္မွတ္၍ရေသာ၊ အားလံုးပါဝင္ေသာ

ေဒသဆိုင္ရာကြန္ယက္ (ဥပမာ- ျမန္မာ့ဒီမိုကေရစီအေရးကြန္ယက္-ယူေက) ကိုလက္ေတြ႕အေကာင္အ

ထည္ေဖၚရန္လိုအပ္ေနသည္။

အထက္ပါလိုအပ္ခ်က္ (၂) ခုသည္ လတ္တေလာအေကာင္အထည္ေဖၚရန္လိုအပ္ေနေသာကိစၥမ်ားျဖစ္

သည္။ ထိုကဲ့သို႔အေကာင္အထည္ေဖၚမွဳလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား ျဖစ္လာရန္ ေအာက္ပါအခ်က္မ်ားကိုထည့္သြင္း

စဥ္းစားရန္လိုအပ္သည္ဟုယံုၾကည္ပါသည္။

(က) အထက္ပါ သေဘာတရားမ်ားကို၊ တူညီေသာရွဳျမင္မွဳျဖင့္ အားလံုးလက္ခံနိဳင္ရန္လိုအပ္ေနသည္။

( ခ) အားလုံးကလက္ခံနိဳင္ျပီဟု သတ္မွတ္၍ ရျပီးခ်ိန္တြင္၊ အားလံုးပါဝင္နိဳင္ေသာ ရင္းရင္းႏွီးႏွီး ထိေတြ႔

မွဳ၊ ပြင့္ပြင့္လင္းလင္းေဆြးေႏြးမွဳ တခုျဖစ္ေပၚလာေအာင္ဖန္တီးရန္လိုအပ္ပါသည္။ ဤကဲ့သို႕ေသာလုပ္ငန္း

စဥ္ျဖင့္ မၾကာခဏထိေတြ႕မွဳ႕ကိုတည္ေဆာက္ကာ၊ မည္ကဲ့သို႕လုပ္ေဆာင္ၾက မည္လဲဆိုသည့္ တစိုက္

မတ္မတ္ေဆြးေႏြးမွဳျဖင့္၊ ကြန္ယက္ျဖစ္ေပၚလာေရး လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားကိုေဆြးေႏြးနိဳင္ေပသည္။

( ဂ) ထို႔ေနာက္ အဆိုပါကြန္ယက္ကို အျမဲတမ္းအသက္ဝင္ေနေစေရးအတြက္ စနစ္တခုျဖင့္ လုပ္ေဆာင္

ေသာစနစ္တက် လုပ္ငန္းလည္ပတ္ေရး လုပ္ေဆာင္မွဳမ်ားကို၊ အားလံုးႏွင့္သက္ဆိုင္ျပီး အဓိကဦးစားေပး

အျဖင့္သတ္မွတ္သင့္ေသာ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မ်ားျဖင့္ အားသြန္ခြန္စိုက္ၾကိဳးပမ္းဖို႔ရန္လည္းလိုအပ္ပါသည္။
